A highly successful Investment fund are seeking a proactive, bright and confident PA to support to two senior EAs and help with all the office management and recruitment – making it a very varied role. Working within in a friendly close knit team, you will have amazing exposure, be able to progress quickly and add huge value to the firm. A supportive and inspirational CEO, you will instantly feel part of the collaborative, social yet uber intelligent and switched on team. The team were all invited to the current EA’s wedding - demonstrating strong relationships!

Your organisational capabilities are second nature to you so that you can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and always seek to improve efficiency with new processes. Working in positive yet fast-paced atmosphere, you will be supporting the team by scheduling diary requirements, administrative tasks, meeting and greeting guests and participating in exciting projects and proposals, perfect for an individual wanting variety from their role. 

This incredible opportunity would be best suited to a super bright, confident, client centric candidate with a positive personality. It is important that you immerse yourself in new innovative practices to develop your skills professionally and be forward thinking. Strong Microsoft office skills will be essential.
