Start mid April - 9m Maternity Contract.
Our finance client - a successful, professional, large family feel office located in the City, is seeking an experienced PA/EA. The role is to provide support on a 1:2 basis to the COO and CFO, one being quite self sufficient along with additional support to the Head of HR and HR Manager in the form of more organisational, admin duties, ie liaising with recruiters and within assisting with wider HR support of their international offices. A busy and varied role working within a busy and supporting office.
Relevant experience as a PA at senior level is essential and HR experience would be a strong advantage.
Great hours, 9-5pm and a 3/2 hybrid working pattern.
The successful candidate will have an obvious CV, be able to hit the ground running, articulate with strong communication skills, a team player - flexible with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and a positive, can do attitude.
