A leading media agency based near Victoria is recruiting for a PA to support the two Co-Founding Partners. The agency is very media in style with its relaxed dress code and fast paced environment. The role involves looking after extremely busy diaries and meeting arrangements, booking travel and organising expenses. There is also the opportunity for you to assist with HR and client events. As you are looking after manic diaries you will need to have intermediate/advanced Outlook experience and be confident in using all the MS Office Packages. Ideally you will have worked in a role supporting two or more people at Director Level in a related industry. Please apply immediately as this role is to start this week in a temp to perm capacity.
