One of London’s leading residential agencies are looking for
an experienced property candidate to join their fast-paced, sociable and very
successful South West London office.
You will be providing detailed, varied, and complex property
support to an entire division. Your duties will include but certainly not
limited to; managing all forms of communication between negotiators, tenants,
landlords and industry representatives and compiling tenancy agreements,
carrying out extensive background checks plus so much more. You will be solely
responsible for all matters from conception to completion ensuring that all
processes are carried out meticulously.
The team are looking for previous residential property
experience so that this individual can hit the ground running and add immediate
value.
They are a young, sociable, and hard-working team who are
looking for someone confident, experienced and fun to join them.
Property experience is essential.
