West End based investment
brokerage firm are currently recruiting an experienced graduate Administrative
Assistant to the CEO and wider team. This
is an excellent opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, sociable company that
has experienced huge success over the past 10 years. The ideal candidate will be a
graduate/graduate calibre with at least 2 years office based/corporate
experience, duties are varied to include admin and finance support to the team
with extensive client liaison. Full
training and support will be provided, you will be encouraged to progress, add
value to the team and expand your knowledge including marketing, advertising, SEO
(search engine optimisation) and finance.
There is flexibility to work remotely from home or based on the office.
Duties:

Providing
proactive and efficient administrative support to the CEO and team.
·
Update
databases and client records.
·
Qualifying
inbound client leads and developing a rapport with clients.
·
Processing
investment transactions and recording relevant client information accurately.
·
Accurate
and timely data entry, updating Excel spreadsheets with sales information.
·
Assisting
the finance team with accounts reporting and month end reconciliation.
·
Administration
and research projects as required.
Ideal
candidate:
·
2
years office based corporate experience.
·
Degree
educated/graduate calibre with strong academics.
·
Intermediate
MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·
Confident,
professional, organised with strong client liaison, customer services skills.
·
Trustworthy,
proactive and looking to progress and add value.
·
Highly
numerate with strong literacy skills and excellent attention to detail.
Hours: 9-5:30pm
Benefits: 25 days holiday, discretionary
