Katie Bard are recruiting for a brand-new and exciting role to be based in Birmingham City Centre. The company have a really positive previous track record for offering progression and great further opportunity to candidates, although the position is initially recruited on a six month fixed term contract. The position will be recruited on a hybrid pattern of both working from home and in the office, and training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities of the role include...
  • Providing PA support to a team of fee-earners - including diary and inbox management, as well as answering emails and calls
  • Assisting the project coordinator with all administrative tasks
  • Supporting with the organisation of events and conferences, meetings and events
  • File management - opening and closing, updating and maintaining
  • Reprographic related work - printing, scanning and copying
  • Liaising with the wider team in order to promote effective communication across the business and a seamless client service
