Nominations for Media Employer of the Year
The nomination process for 2008 Media Employer of the Year Award will open in August.
The aim of the Media Employer of the year Award is to identify the most promising organisations to work for in the years to come, enabling organisations and candidates to form more meaningful, deeper relationships based on careers, aspirations and ambition.
If you have decided that you would like to nominate your organisation for the Award;
- A consultant from Pathfinders will meet with you to discuss the criteria for your nomination and answer any questions you may have
- We will ask you to provide three case studies and profiles of employees who exemplify your progressive approach to developing staff
- Following preliminary reviews, the finalists are announced and invited to a panel interview with the judges
- All finalists will be invited to the awards evening
- The overall winner will be announced at the awards evening to be held on a date TBC, later in the year.
