Head of Marketing Communications
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected membership organisation. You’ll develop the strategy to put the overall vision and goals into action to deliver customer communications to members. This is a 12-month contract and it’s essential that can start quickly.
You will be responsible for:
Being the voice of the customer, leading on the development and communication of clear customer personas.
Ensuring all available evidence and data regarding member communications performance is collected and used across the organisation to make great decisions.
Own member messaging and collateral, ensuring colleagues have the info they need to articulate propositions and its benefits
Lead the development of consistent messaging for all member products (Guides, Toolkits, factsheets etc)
Launching and ensuring successful delivery of new product led campaigns
Manage a teams of content writers
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
Experience working in membership organisations or not for profit
Proven track record of leading on strategic communications, content, or campaign development
Experience in developing products, content, or propositions in a B2B environment
Broad experience of using customer insight and segmentation to develop customer centric campaigns or content that deliver value for customers
Solid knowledge of best practice in terms of using content to drive action as well as good practice
