An award winning b2b agency with an impressive portfolio of tech clients are currently looking for an Account Director.
You will be the heart of the business, delivering solutions to clients in an effort to grow their businesses.
You will be responsible for :
• For the overall client satisfaction, you will act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients and campaigns, helping ensure continuity and growth in client relationships
• Manage key accounts across all channels helping develop capabilities and ensuring a cohesive delivery to campaign KPIs
• Work closely with the Campaign Strategy team to build effective go to market campaigns/strategies/plans in line with client expectations.
• Think, plan and oversee multiple marketing campaigns in parallel.
• Take overall responsibility for the success of the campaigns, ensure process rigour, meeting timelines and budget
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
• Exceptional leader and high performer
• Strong client service and business development skills
• Prior marketing experience in a senior client service role - preference to B2B, Digital and Agency background across the marketing services mix
• A strong understanding of the B2B Technology landscape
• Commercially focused with proven skills in client relationship development and organic growth acceleration
