A fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected property developer as Marketing Executive. You’ll be supporting in the delivery of the annual marketing plan across a prime London portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing the production of marketing materials including brochure ware, presentations, digital assets, and branded merchandise
• Maintain and update content for the websites
• Coordinate the logistical delivery of events, and the marketing activity around them
• Manage marketing briefs with numerous stakeholders
• Prepare content for presentations and pitch decks
• Produce analytics and gather commentaries for monthly and ad hoc marketing reports
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
• Preferably a background within the built environment - construction, property or real estate.
• Integrated marketing background
• Excellent marketing project management experience
• Strong copywriting skills and have an excellent attention to detail.
