Relationships Manager

Central London

£30,000 - £35,0000 – 12 month fixed term contract. 

A leading membership organisation are currently looking for a relationship manager  to join the financial services team for a fixed term contract of 12 months.  Lots of  opportunities within the business and this role could lead onto other roles withing the business.

You will be responsible for :

• Account managing  of some key  strategic accounts
• Owning the account management of some of the smaller financial services accounts
• Driving increased membership retention and satisfaction
• Tracking engagement,  member news and issues of interest to members to inform the wider business
• Increasing the value of the membership portfolio with a strong focus on the delivery of account management protocols and cross-selling commercial sponsorship opportunities.

To be considered for the role :

• An  account management/sales background
• Excellent relationship management skills
• The ability to hold credible conversations at C-suite level
• A background in financial Services
