Full time (Monday-Friday 9-5)

The ideal candidate will be confident handling all social media channels, overlooking all content creation and executing the strategy alongside the marketing manager. Must be familiar with marketing and search engine trends, particularly the importance of content marketing. They will have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

 

This role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

 

 

Responsibilities:                                              

 

•             Creating engaging on brand content for all communication materials and channels

•             Copywriting for social media, blogs, websites, e-mail newsletters and all marketing materials

•             Collect all relevant performance metrics and create compelling and user-friendly reports to present back on a weekly/monthly basis

•             Initiate market research reports

•             Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities

•             Develop and execute end to end marketing campaigns

•             Prepare weekly content calendars

•             Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

•             Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring channel activity

•             Recommend improvements to increase performance

•             Manage a budget for social media activities

 

Skills and Experience:

 

•             Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment

•             You understand current social media and digital trends

•             Knowledge in Hootsuite, HubSpot, Canva and other relevant marketing tools

•             Data reporting on KPI’s and channel metrics/ performance

•             Able to initiate thorough market research

 

 

Mandatory

•             Confident in Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)

•             Excellent communication and writing skills

•             You have minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing and content creation

•             Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva. Hubspot)

•             An ability to fact-check content pieces

•             Understanding of Google Analytics

•             Some knowledge of WordPress website management

•             Some knowledge in editing using Adobe suite including photoshop and Premiere pro
