Looking for a first step in PR ? This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to join an established and well respected PR agency in Central London
You will be responsible for:
- Contributing to pool of editorial ideas via meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Growing responsibility for trade press relationships and editorial opportunities
- Preparing of all documents for client meetings: agenda, cuttings, published-to-date list, progress chart,
- Compiling forward features
- Attending some journalist meetings and beginning to develop relationships
- Developing relationships and editorial opportunities with trade publications
- Writing and distribution of simple press releases, plus telephone follow up with journalists
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
- A recent graduate in a humanities subject (English, History, Classics etc) from a Russell Group or similar university
- Demonstrate a strong interest in a career in PR.
- Experience in an internship or similar position would be an advantage
- As would experience of working in a legal/professional services environment
