A market leading property business are currently looking for a Communications Executive. You will support the development and delivery of the communication plan across a portfolio of shopping centres.
You will be responsible for:
• Work with Marketing Managers and teams based on sites to ensure new store openings for existing key customers are delivered
• Package content, managing and responding to enquiries re. marketing opportunities, seeking approvals from brands where needed and managing their expectations with regards to social media features.
• Identifying and delivering bespoke opportunities g. competitions, in-centre activities. Reporting on all activities to showcase results and key learnings
• Ensure all customer approvals are in place for delivering planned marketing activity across our centres
• Managing the retail customer data on Salesforce system, ensuring this is kept up to date.
• Support in the delivery of operational email sends to our retail customers.
• Support the Customer Communications Manager to develop the annual communications plan
To be considered for the role you will match the following :
• A background in retail, marketing agency or shopping centre marketing
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ideally have experience of content / digital asset management systems
• Will be a confident, pro-active, self-starting and highly professional individual
• Excellent relationship management / stakeholder skills
