I’m partnering with a growing and dynamic agency that’s looking for a driven Account Executive to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across exciting healthcare projects, working alongside experienced Account Managers and Directors.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects—owning the logistics, keeping everything on track, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the delivery of medical communications projects from start to finish
• Managing logistics (events, materials, travel, venues, AV, etc.)
• Organising client and internal meetings, agendas, and status reports
• Maintaining project timelines and tracking budgets
• Communicating with clients and external stakeholders professionally
• Supporting new business research and opportunities
• Assisting with onsite delivery (including occasional travel)

What we’re looking for:

• 1 year experience in a medical communications environment
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator (written & verbal)
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused mindset
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of scientific/healthcare content (preferred)
